The longevity and quality of any flooring installation depends largely on the floor preparation and quality of the subfloor. I pride myself on ensuring that the subfloor preparation is therefore perfect - if that isn't neither will the end result of your new floor.

 

To ensure your installation looks perfect, here are my key preparation steps:

 

• Remove existing floor covering

 

• Check moisture level

• If concrete floor, screed. If wood floor, ply

​

• Lay new floor covering
